2.3 Wall

The tiles left after each hand is dealt are stacked into the wall.

The number in the middle of the board is how many tiles can still be drawn from the wall.

The wall keeps 14 tiles aside that are never drawn. That leaves 70 tiles to draw at the start.

It goes down by one each time a tile is drawn.

If nobody completes a hand before the wall reaches 0, the hand ends in a draw.

In a draw, the hand ends with no winner.
